How to Add a Dish?

Total Duration: The total time required to complete the task.

Work Duration: The actual working time needed to perform the task.

Depending Task: The task that this one depends on. It can only start after the dependent task is completed.

LAG: The delay time before this task starts. After the previous task is completed, this task will wait for the defined LAG time to begin.

Add Time: If multiple process are made simultaneously, this is the additional time required for each extra portion.

Chef Track: This field is required to assign the task to a specific staff role. If a role is selected, the status will display as *Check*. If no role is selected, it will display as *Select*.

Save Reminder: Always save your changes after adding a dish; otherwise, the data will be lost!

How to Add an Employee?

Adding Employee Name: In the *Employee* field, enter the employee's name to identify them in your system. Ensure accuracy to avoid confusion in tasks and assignments.

Assigning Roles: Assign roles that match the employee's expertise. For example, a "Pastry Chef" won't receive tasks for a "Chef Cook".

Role Matching: Employees will only receive tasks for their assigned roles. Carefully select roles to align with their skills and responsibilities.

Save Reminder: Always save changes after adding an employee to avoid data loss.

Timestamp: If you don't set a time, the task will be sent to the system immediately. If you set a time, the task will only be sent to the system when that time arrives.
